Should we privatize Lincoln County's Water

A few years ago the Lincoln EDA put together a plan to privatize our local PSD's. The plan was to combine the PSD's and contract with WV American Water to provide service to a majority of Lincoln County. I am just interested in finding out what others think about this concept.
