Wireless Hot Spot Development

I have recently been looking at developing free wireless hot spots in Lincoln County. I was interested in knowing what you thought of this idea. I believe we would start with roughly 4 sites in the county, utilizing internet access that is available through the public sector. My goal is to provide businesses and in particular, restaurants the ability to have free and open wireless internet access for their customers. Let me know what you think.
